Yoga
I have been teaching yoga for 4 years and have 200 hours registered with Yoga Alliance.  Yoga is a way of self discovery, I love teaching a variety of classes so students can learn new things about themselves and in the process I learn more about myself.  Here is a list of some of the classes I offer:

  • Kid's Yoga - Yoga is an excellent way for children to learn about their bodies, exercise, and increase their ability to concentrate.  My classes are interactive, imaginative, and fun!
  • Prenatal Yoga - Yoga can help you relax both while pregnant and during labor. Learn safe exercises for your ever changing body. What a beautiful gift to give yourself and your baby. 
  • Postnatal/Mommy & Me Yoga - A wonderful way to get yourself moving again and bond with your new bundle of joy.  
  • Beginner's - If you are new to yoga, learn the basics - sun salutations, poses, alignment, and breathing techniques.
  • Advanced & Intermediate Yoga - For the more seasoned student looking to increase knowledge in asana, pranayama, and meditation.  
  • Meditation and Pranayama - A class dedicated to meditation and breathing techniques.
These are just a few classes I am able to teach, if there is something you do not see listed above please ask. If you have injuries, I am happy to work with you to find poses that are more appropriate.  I currently do not have a space but I can teach at your house, church, place of employment, or we can make other arrangements.

Class Fees:
  • Private classes - $50 per hour
  • Group classes (3+) - $15 per person
  • Full time student discounts
  • Discounts for groups of 10 or more
